Join us for a reflective Camporee exploring the experiences and defining moments that create the through line of a life in leadership.
Description
CAMPOREE: The Through Line: Mapping a Life of Leadership
Join us for an interactive Camporee exploring leadership and legacy.
Leadership journeys rarely follow a straight path. Yet when we look back across our experiences, relationships, challenges, and accomplishments, patterns often emerge that reveal the deeper story of who we are and how we lead.
In this reflective Camporee, Daniel J. Pesut will introduce the concept of the leadership legacy map and invite participants to explore the “through line” connecting the significant moments of their personal and professional lives. Through storytelling, guided reflection, and discussion, participants will consider how their experiences have shaped their values, influenced their leadership, and contributed to the legacy they are creating.
Whether you are early in your career or reflecting on decades of leadership experience, this session offers an opportunity to discover meaning in your journey and envision the impact you hope to leave for others.
