The Editorial Leadership Intensive (ELI): Foundations of Editorial Practice is a ten-session Lunch and Learn series for nurses and scholars moving onto the editorial track: reviewers, editorial board members, guest editors, emerging associate editors, and future editors.

Build your understanding of editorial practice through focused live sessions with time for questions, discussion, and practical application.

Format and leadership

Live via Zoom on selected Fridays, noon–1 p.m. Eastern, September 25–December 18, 2026. Led by Leslie H. Nicoll, PhD, MBA, RN, FAAN, with guest faculty joining selected sessions. Guest faculty will be announced along the way.
