Writer’s Camp is delighted to partner with the Society of Rogerian Scholars to present their Scholarly Dialogues for 2026. The next dialogue is scheduled for April 28th at 2 pm. The topic is:
The Nurse as Soul Whisperer
Emerging from the first Dialogue — The Pandimensional Truth of Nursing — this session explores the concept of the Nurse as Soul Whisperer in practice grounded in Rogerian science.

Co-Creating a Holistic Environment in Nursing Practice (Gordon & France, 2024)
Through dialogue and shared reflection, participants will consider how these ideas inform contemporary nursing practice and support new ways of understanding the nurse–person relationship.
Presenters: The co-hosts for this Dialogue are Dr. Nancey E.M. France and Dr. Shirley C. Gordon. Nancey and Shirley are both board certified Advanced Holistic Nurses and Health and Wellness Nurse Coaches. They have been colleagues and friends for many years. Their adventures have included traveling the world, teaching, presenting, writing together, and co-authoring the textbook Co-Creating a Holistic Environment in Nursing Practice.
