The Directory of Nursing Journals is a vetted list of 275 journals that have been reviewed for appropriateness for nursologists and inclusion in the Directory. Each entry includes the journal name, Editor/Editor-in-Chief, contact information for the editor, description of the journal, picture of the cover, if it is a society journal, and a link to the journal website. It is designed to be a useful resource for both authors and readers. Authors can use the Directory to find potential articles for publication; readers can benefit by finding journals in their specific areas of interest and expertise. The Directory is maintained by a team of volunteers and is updated regularly. If you see something that needs updating, or want to request a journal for inclusion, please complete the form below.
In October 2025 the Directory underwent a major updating. All editors and journal personnel should have received a request to update, along with a link to update their journal information. That link can be re-used for updates–no need to just the form below to request changes, you can do it yourself! If you don’t have the link (or have lost it), contact Leslie Nicoll. If you would like a badge that shows your journal is listed in the Directory, please visit the Writer’s Camp Store.
